MOXXIE WINERY LINE MIXED MEDIA LAYOUT

Today I'm showing a mixed media layout I made for Moxxie, using their new "Winery" line.
I used 3 Moxxie papers and the cardstock stickers.  Both sides of "Aged To Perfection" were used.  The barrel print is the background and the opposite side had the pretty scrolls I cut out and added to the top right.  I got the purple banner from the  "Winery Cutouts"  paper.  And the cork scrolls came from the "Winery Stickers".

Here is a close up of the top.  You can see I used gesso, modeling paste, stencils. inks and paints.  I also added tissue tape, ephemera and resin frames.

On the bottom left I added the same mediums, paints, stencils and inks  I also added a resin button and some green string to balance out the green scroll from the top.

Thanks for visiting!  Please check out all the Moxxie has to offer!!

MOXXIE "SPRINGTIME" NEW RELEASE

Hi!  Today I'm sharing a mixed media layout I made using Moxxie's "Springtime" line.
This line has the most beautiful colors and textures!!

The background paper I started with is "Take Flight".  I used spray inks, inks, stencils, stamps and a marker on it.  I tore strips from the "Springtime Cutouts" and "Songbird" papers and adhered them to the background.  Then I added some mesh tape and acrylic paints.  I cut the butterfly and the bird out of the papers and layered them on top.  Some pretty flowers and wood pieces finished it off.

Here is the entire line.  Isn't it fabulous!!!

I hope you will look for this line!  You can find it online and at your local scrpbooking store!!

MOXXIE 2015 WINTER RELEASE HOP!!

Hello!
Thanks so much for joining us for Moxxie's 2015 Winter Release Hop!
We are SO excited to share all of these fabulous NEW lines with you!!

While the boss is away at CHA we thought we'd show you some of the fantastic projects our amazing Muses have already created using these wonderful lines.
You will be able to hop to each muse's blog to see all the details about their project and the entire line that they used for their project.

I got to use the new Tiny Dancer line.  The colors, textures and patterns are delightful!  If you actually have a "Tiny Dancer"  you will LOVE this line!  But I don't have a literal "Tiny Dancer" (unless you count Spike) so I thought a little mixed media would be the best way to show off the versatility of Moxxie products!

A SILLY LITTLE CARD

Sometimes a silly card is the perfect thing to make!  Just something to make the recipient smile :)

My baby, my first born, turned 18 this week.  This is still blowing my mind!!  18??  And even though he can vote for the leader of the free world, and is a college freshman, he is still a kid.  He LOVES zombies and video games and movie nights at home.  Such a sweetie!  So I made this card for his birthday because I knew it would make him laugh.
Just a little something to make him smile!  I used the perfect paper for the job, Moxxie's Zombie Attack line.  I made the base and crackle layers of the card from both sides of the Dead Man Walking paper.  I used the Zombie Hunter sticker on top of the red paper and distressed it.  The black flags are also from the sticker sheet.  I used bakers twine to hang them from.  I thought he would get a giggle at being called a Zombie Hunter, and he did!!

Make something silly today to make someone smile!!  :)
