WOYWW AND TAGS

Another WOYWW today.  Please go and visit Miss Julia to read all about us and our need to "Peek"!
Unfortunately, my desk has not changed.

I have everything exactly where you saw it last week.  I can not move it until I finish our vacation journal!!  You know how it is, you have a project started and you put everything you need all around you and if you move JUST ONE THING you will never finish!!  So, this will be done this week for sure!!

Meanwhile, I have some tags I made for Altered Arts Magazine.    The website, blog and Facebook are all in the midst of an overhaul, but you can still visit or "like" us!!

Many materials were used, as usual.  Layers of paper, stamps, gauze, book paper, buttons, ribbons, inks and some Pink Paislee ephemera.  Summer is quickly coming to an end, and I'm holding on to it as long as I can!

Now go and visit all the desks!  I am going to be doing a lot of peeking today.  And thank you to all who visit!!!  I love reading your comments!!!  You are awesome!!

  1. Your tags are fabulous. I can relate to finishing something before I begin another project. I also know if I stack it up and move it I will not get back to it with the creative excitement it originally had. You are very wise my dear...

  3. When you finish your holiday journal could you pop over here to help finish a few of my projects! I've left everything out but it's in a room tucked away that I haven't been in since we moved in...hence the journals still unfinished!
    Beautiful tags Daniella. :D
I don't think you're hanging on to summer enough because it's heading our way...well spring is certainly creeping in each day thankfully!
Have fun and enjoy desk hopping ~ Neesie #30

Great idea to persevere with the journal...I have so many half finished projects because I've had to "tidy" my desk!

  11. I totally and completely understand that. I'm a one job at a time gal, the number of starts I've made that are unfinished because I had to re-prioritise or put away..shocking. AM therefore, very admiring of your tenacity!

  13. Thanks for your blog visit! The spinny thing on my desk is a three tiered cupcake holder that sits on a very cheap lazy susan. It holds all of my mists and crackle paints. Dani#33

  20. You are right, once something is moved it becomes a member of the 'never ever' club. At least thats how it works for me.
    Lovely tags.
    Happy belated WOYWW!
